1.The cage system is constructed with premium Al-Zn-Mg alloy, offering exceptional
durability and corrosion resistance. This high-performance material extends the
system’s lifespan for over 15 years.
2.Manure removal driven device with hot dip zinc skeleton and plastic nylon spiral
driven rooller to prevent the belt from off track and effectively remove accumulated
manure. (patented). Poultry manure belt is isolated from the chicks, minimizing
contamination.
3.Trough is made of Al-Zn-Mg high strength plate. The metal buckles distribut force
evenly across the cage structure for enhanced strength and minimal deformation.
4.Our feeding system is designed to make sure uniformity. For every 5% increase in the
uniformity during the pre-laying period, the rate of qualified eggs during the laying
period can be raised by 2 to 3%.
5.Each water line is equipped with a backwashing device to facilitate regular flushing of
the pipe and nipple drinkers. Chicks can drink clean water.
